We watched the above video and then applied what we learned to a lab in which students were to calculate the volume of various irregular shaped objects using a graduated cylinder. The objects included: 5 marbles, 10 pennies, 2 crayons, 4 dice. Once complete, they were to answer questions based on the lab. There was homework assigned and it is located below for those that may need it.

Calculating Volume Using Displacement
We watched the above video and then applied what we learned to a lab in which students were to calculate the volume of various irregular shaped objects using a graduated cylinder.
